Water Fact Exhibition Exhibition is an innovative public awareness initiative and interactive exhibition design that addresses the critical issue of global water crisis through a multi-faceted approach combining animation, product design, and experiential elements. Created by a collaborative team led by designer Yifei Wu, this temporary pop-up exhibition was conceived to educate the public about water consumption patterns and waste in manufacturing processes, while simultaneously raising awareness about potential future water scarcity scenarios. The exhibition employs a strategic combination of hand-drawn animation techniques, realized through digital tools such as Procreate and iMovie, alongside carefully crafted physical elements including screen-printed second-hand t-shirts and product prototypes. The installation's design philosophy centers on accessibility and public engagement, utilizing animation as an entry point to capture passersby attention and guide them through a narrative exploration of water conservation issues. The exhibition, which was showcased at London Waterloo Market, presents a satirical yet thought-provoking vision of a water-scarce future through proposed products and scenarios, effectively combining educational content with interactive design elements. This socially conscious design project, which earned recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Public Awareness, Volunteerism, and Society Design category, demonstrates how exhibition design can serve as a powerful medium for environmental education and social change.
