Warm Waves Residential
Warm Waves Residential is an exemplary interior design project located in Hong Kong's Southern District, adjacent to the Aberdeen Marina yacht club, that masterfully combines minimalist aesthetics with luxurious comfort. This sophisticated residential space, spanning 1,192 square feet, demonstrates exceptional spatial planning through its thoughtful reconfiguration from a single-bedroom layout into a comprehensive living space comprising a master suite, study cum-guest room, walk-in wardrobe, expansive living and dining area, and an open kitchen. The design's distinctive feature lies in its harmonious integration of feng shui principles, incorporating over 30 specific requirements that influenced everything from the color scheme to material selection. The interior's most notable elements include custom-made furniture, bespoke curved wood cladding panels, and a smart glass wall that creates an additional sunlit workspace without compromising the living area's spaciousness. The project exemplifies innovative space utilization through its incorporation of the Wiser smart home system, enabling comprehensive remote and voice-controlled home automation. Recognized with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, this residential project stands out for its meticulous attention to detail, particularly evident in its creative use of curved elements and voluptuous lines that not only satisfy feng shui requirements but also contribute to a flowing, harmonious atmosphere. The design successfully balances show flat-style grandeur with practical homely comfort, featuring premium elements such as grand marble flooring and sophisticated furniture pieces, while maintaining a clean, minimalist aesthetic in private areas.
