Warm Gift Residence

Warm Gift Residence

Warm Gift Residence is an exemplary residential interior design project that masterfully combines French and Wabi-sabi design philosophies, located on the 20th floor penthouse spanning 185.1 square meters in Taiwan. Designed by Teng-Sheng Tsao, this sophisticated living space harmoniously integrates graceful circular arcs, spacious routes, and thoughtful pet-friendly features throughout its three bedrooms, living room, dining room, and four bathrooms. The design's distinctive aesthetic is characterized by its creamy white palette enhanced with gold accents, creating an elegant fusion of luxury and serenity. Notable architectural solutions include an innovative elliptical ceiling design that artfully conceals structural beams while incorporating linear lighting and climate control systems. The interior showcases premium materials including mineral paint, slab tiles, and herringbone laminate flooring, all selected for their durability and pet-friendly properties. The layout demonstrates exceptional space optimization through features such as an interconnected dressing room between two bedrooms and an open-plan study area converted from the dining room. This Bronze A' Design Award-winning project in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category stands out for its successful resolution of technical challenges, including water damage prevention and the integration of pet-friendly materials, while maintaining high aesthetic standards. The design's emphasis on natural light, achieved through floor-to-ceiling windows, combines with the sophisticated material palette to create an atmosphere that perfectly balances functionality with refined elegance.
