Wall Washer Lamp
Wall Washer Lamp is a sophisticated architectural lighting fixture designed to uniformly illuminate vertical surfaces, particularly walls and building facades, through precise optical engineering and advanced color technology. This specialized lighting solution, exemplified by the Silver A' Design Award-winning design by Tao Chen, Nana Lei, and Zijian Li, represents a significant advancement in architectural illumination technology, featuring a linear form factor that seamlessly integrates with building aesthetics. The fixture employs an innovative seven-in-one digital light and color technology, achieving an impressive color gamut mixing range with a CIE 1931 area coverage of 73%, enabling lighting designers to create diverse atmospheric effects and dynamic color compositions. Constructed from aviation-grade aluminum alloy and measuring 100cm x 6.5cm x 10cm, these fixtures are engineered for durability with IP67 weather resistance rating, making them suitable for demanding outdoor applications. The design incorporates sophisticated anti-glare features through clever grille implementation, ensuring visual comfort while maintaining high light efficiency and uniform wall grazing effects. This architectural lighting solution addresses critical industry challenges, including maintenance efficiency in large-scale installations and the need for expanded color reproduction capabilities, representing a significant evolution in the field of architectural lighting design. The integration of intelligent control systems and precise optical engineering allows for seamless splicing of multiple units, creating continuous lighting effects that enhance architectural features while providing lighting designers with unprecedented creative flexibility in urban and architectural lighting applications.
