Voice Interface

Voice Interface is a way for people to talk with digital systems using spoken language, and in conversational design, it helps create smooth back-and-forth exchanges between humans and technology. Designers working with voice interfaces in conversational design often use something called turn-taking cues, which are small signals in speech or pauses that help the system know when it is the user's turn to speak or when it should respond. These cues help make conversations with voice interfaces feel more natural, like talking with another person. Designers can use sound effects or short spoken prompts to guide users, making the conversation flow better and reducing confusion.
