Vivo Unicenter Office Workplace

Vivo Unicenter Office Workplace

Vivo Unicenter Office Workplace is an exemplary modern office interior design project completed in 2018, encompassing a vast area of 99,390 square meters that masterfully balances functionality with aesthetic excellence. The design philosophy emphasizes individuality through concise methodologies, incorporating contemporary elements that reflect the technological era while maintaining a harmonious workspace environment. The interior architecture employs a sophisticated material palette including Jazz white stone, straight-grain yellow oak finish, artistic carpet, and painted glass, creating a cohesive visual narrative throughout the space. The design's distinctive approach to spatial organization demonstrates particular innovation in the lobby area, where modern design techniques converge with practical, environmentally conscious solutions to embody a high-tech corporate identity. The workspace features wear-resistant carpeting, modern industrial-style ceiling treatments, and white latex painted walls, complemented by white painted glass partitions that create discrete yet connected work areas. This Iron A' Design Award-winning project, recognized in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, showcases exceptional attention to detail in its execution, particularly in how it addresses the dual requirements of privacy and collaborative spaces. The design team, led by Yining Wang along with Feng Luo and Xiaoji Yang, successfully created an environment that promotes both individual productivity and group dynamics, implementing sophisticated solutions for lighting, acoustics, and spatial flow that contribute to an efficient and comfortable working atmosphere.
