Villa House ZM Residential Interior

Villa House ZM Residential Interior

Villa House ZM Residential Interior is a distinguished contemporary urban residential design project located in the heart of Bratislava, Slovakia, exemplifying sophisticated minimalist elegance and natural chic aesthetics within a 180-square-meter two-story apartment space. Conceived and executed by designer Jozef Tucny in collaboration with Marcel Gacho for 3D visualizations, this Bronze A' Design Award-winning project demonstrates exceptional spatial planning and material integration. The interior design, completed between January 2018 and April 2019, masterfully addresses the challenge of creating distinct living zones while maintaining aesthetic cohesion and functionality. The design philosophy emphasizes the harmonious blend of natural materials, incorporating light oak wood flooring, stone elements, and reflective glass accessories, enhanced by thoughtfully curated lighting solutions. The ground floor is strategically configured as a daily living section, featuring an open-plan layout that promotes fluid movement and social interaction. The project's success lies in its meticulous attention to detail, from the initial concept sketches and material mood boards to the final execution, resulting in a space that perfectly balances high-quality functional elements with aesthetic refinement. The interior showcases contemporary design principles while creating a warm, inviting atmosphere through the careful selection of materials and color palettes, making it particularly suitable for modern family living. This residential interior project, recognized at the prestigious A' Design Award competition in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, represents a significant achievement in residential interior design, demonstrating excellence in spatial optimization, material selection, and functional layout design.
