Verdant Spine Office Office
Verdant Spine Office Office is an innovative biophilic workspace design that exemplifies the harmonious integration of nature within a professional environment. This Silver A' Design Award-winning interior project encompasses 135 square meters and features a distinctive verdant spine that serves as both a functional and aesthetic anchor for the spatial organization. The design's cornerstone is its linear architectural datum, which ingeniously incorporates storage solutions, shelving systems, a printing station, meeting niche, and an overhanging arch adorned with flora, all unified into a single cohesive element. Drawing inspiration from tropical rainforest aesthetics and vernacular architectural forms, the space showcases a deliberate wild approach to greenery placement that reflects the region's natural flora. The design incorporates sophisticated craftsmanship elements, including custom-designed meeting tables, work cubicles, and door handles that align with the office's visual identity. Notable features include a textured stucco finish representing natural landforms, a traditional rattan canopy structure extending 3 meters in length, and custom-fabricated laser-cut felt pieces featuring leaf abstracts for acoustic optimization. The space effectively balances privacy requirements with open communication through thoughtfully designed individual offices and work cubicles, while the strategic placement of green elements adheres to Feng Shui principles, creating a harmonious work environment that promotes both efficiency and well-being.
