Vanke Park Avenue Sales Center Sales Center is an innovative architectural and interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of traditional Jiangnan cultural elements with contemporary design principles. Located in Suzhou, China, this sophisticated sales center represents a groundbreaking approach to commercial space design, featuring a distinctive 138-degree diamond motif that serves as both a structural and aesthetic element throughout the facility. The design, completed in July 2017, incorporates parametric design methodologies to create an organic, growing pattern of diamond shapes that manifest in various functional elements, including the front desk, model showcase area, negotiation spaces, and landscape features. The center's most striking feature is its 4-meter-high sky walk corridor on the second floor, connecting two showrooms and incorporating a spiral staircase and children's slide. The space masterfully integrates water elements, reflecting pools, and bamboo gardens, creating a contemporary interpretation of traditional Jiangnan garden aesthetics. The project, which earned a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates exceptional spatial innovation through its uniform modern decorative language that successfully balances functional requirements with cultural preservation.
