Vanke Hongshuwan Show Flat Residential Show Flat

Vanke Hongshuwan Show Flat Residential Show Flat is an innovative interior design project located in Shenzhen Bay, China, exemplifying sophisticated space utilization within a 130-square-meter split-level apartment featuring a 4.3-meter ceiling height. This architectural masterpiece demonstrates exceptional creativity in maximizing limited space through unconventional planning strategies, deliberately breaking traditional functional boundaries to create fluid, interconnected living areas. The design showcases remarkable attention to technical challenges, particularly in its sophisticated lighting solutions, incorporating concealed illumination and wall-wash lighting techniques to overcome the constraints of low ceiling heights—2.05 meters on the ground floor and 1.95 meters on the first floor. The project's material palette combines wood textures, cement boards, and stone tiles, creating a natural and comfortable ambiance, while the strategic use of varying white tones enhances spatial perception and three-dimensionality. The layout includes three bedrooms across two levels, with a central living room featuring full-height windows that capture panoramic views of the city skyline. The design earned recognition with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its innovative approach to contemporary urban living spaces. Notable design elements include an elegant private lift lobby, seamless transitions between spaces, and thoughtfully integrated storage solutions that maintain the aesthetic integrity while maximizing functionality. The project represents a significant achievement in residential interior design, particularly in addressing the challenges of high-density urban living while maintaining comfort and sophistication.
