Vanke Hill City Residential Landscape

Vanke Hill City Residential Landscape

Vanke Hill City Residential Landscape is an exemplary residential landscape design project situated at the foothills of Yinhu Mountain, representing a harmonious integration of urban development with natural ecological resources. This innovative landscape design, completed in June 2019, encompasses 32,009 square meters of thoughtfully planned space that seamlessly merges ecological considerations with contemporary living requirements. The project, designed by Ge Qiu, Yongcheng Zhong, and Bing Li, demonstrates exceptional attention to the relationship between urban architecture and natural surroundings, approaching the design from multiple perspectives including ecology, social etiquette, circulation patterns, and spatial organization. The design incorporates sophisticated functional modules that allow for flexible space utilization while maintaining organic connectivity between different areas. Notable technical innovations include the strategic use of stone materials in combination with firefighting infrastructure to create efficient drainage systems, high-quality BEGA luminaire implementation, and the creation of courtyard-style entry decks that enhance the residential experience. The landscape design particularly excels in its multi-dimensional approach to creating composite symbiotic landscapes that serve both aesthetic and functional purposes, earning it the Silver A' Design Award in the Landscape Planning and Garden Design category. The project's success lies in its customer-centric approach, moving beyond pure functionality to create meaningful spaces that facilitate family activities, neighborhood interactions, and community engagement, while maintaining privacy and fostering a strong sense of place.
