Vanke Headquarters Vip Conference Centre

Vanke Headquarters Vip Conference Centre

Vanke Headquarters Vip Conference Centre is an exemplary architectural interior design project that masterfully integrates environmental conservation and energy-saving principles within a sophisticated corporate space. Located on the sixth floor of a prominent building, this 375-square-meter facility encompasses a VIP reception room and conference room, distinguished by its innovative box inside a box concept that harmoniously contrasts warm wood elements with industrial concrete and metal surfaces. The design philosophy draws inspiration from traditional dry gardens, incorporating ground reliefs and vertical lines to create dynamic shadow patterns throughout the space. A defining feature of the centre is its ingenious utilization of architectural skylights, which channel natural sunlight into the interior spaces, fostering a profound connection between occupants and nature. The conference room's distinctive half-circle configuration promotes collaborative interaction while facilitating video conferencing capabilities, enabling participants to engage both with digital displays and fellow attendees. The thoughtful material selection includes acoustically advantageous wood elements and dark gray carpeting, which not only provides thermal insulation but also introduces softer textures to the environment. This project, completed in 2016 and recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, represents a significant achievement in sustainable corporate interior design, demonstrating how modern workplace environments can successfully bridge the gap between urban functionality and natural elements while maintaining professional sophistication.
