Urban Oasis Luxury Residential

Urban Oasis Luxury Residential

Urban Oasis Luxury Residential is an award-winning architectural masterpiece that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of neo-classical and modern design elements within a luxurious urban dwelling space. Located in Taichung City, Taiwan, this sophisticated 290-square-meter apartment, completed in 2019, represents a groundbreaking approach to contemporary residential design through its thoughtful integration of fine art and living spaces. Designed by Idan Chiang, the interior architecture deliberately showcases an impressive collection of contemporary artwork, including pieces by Ho Chen Hung, Yayoi Kusama, and Peter Zimmerman, which serve as focal points throughout the space. The design's distinctive characteristics include a carefully curated autumn-inspired color palette, premium material selections, and an innovative open-plan layout that maintains both grandeur and intimacy. The residence encompasses two living rooms, dual-configuration kitchen spaces, three en-suite bedrooms, and auxiliary spaces, all meticulously arranged to create a seamless flow between areas. The interior's sophisticated design language incorporates high-end fixtures, including a striking multi-sphere dandelion chandelier and tri-color globe pendant lighting, while the material palette features elegant gray marble, stone finishes, and luxurious suede furnishings. This exceptional project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design, demonstrates remarkable success in overcoming spatial challenges while achieving a perfect balance between artistic expression and functional living. The design's unique approach to space optimization and its successful integration of Eastern and Western design elements establish it as a significant contribution to contemporary residential architecture.
