U Museum Residential Apartment
U Museum Residential Apartment is an innovative residential interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of artistic expression and functional living space, completed in New Taipei City, Taiwan in 2021. This 56.19-square-meter apartment showcases a sophisticated approach to contemporary living through its thoughtful integration of arc-shaped design elements and refined color palette featuring blue and green tones. The design, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates exceptional spatial planning through its seamless connection of public and private areas. The living space is distinguished by its museum-like aesthetic, featuring an open-plan layout enhanced by glass partition walls that create visual continuity throughout the residence. Notable design elements include a semi-open study room incorporating both clear and textured glass panels, allowing for interactive visibility while maintaining distinct spatial boundaries. The master bedroom's sophisticated design incorporates an innovative dressing area with an irregular-shaped mirror and an open iron sling bar combined with low drawers, maximizing functionality in a compact space. The apartment's distinctive features extend to the dining area, which cleverly integrates with the entrance shoe cabinet, creating a cohesive and comfortable dining atmosphere.
