Twin Park Residence
Twin Park Residence is an exemplary residential interior design project completed in Taiwan in 2022, showcasing a harmonious blend of American style influences and contemporary minimalist aesthetics. Located on the ninth floor of a modern apartment building, this 195-square-meter space demonstrates innovative spatial planning through its branch-like circulation pattern that enhances family interaction while maintaining privacy. The design, conceived for a newly married couple returning from abroad, masterfully integrates the living room, dining room, game room, and master bedroom to create a fluid, interconnected living space. The interior's distinctive character emerges through its sophisticated use of materials and thoughtful lighting design, where natural illumination from expansive windows complements artificial lighting solutions to create dynamic light and shadow interplay. The color scheme features a striking blue base palette reminiscent of the night sky, complemented by warm wood elements that establish a cozy atmosphere. Notable design features include cultured stone applications, specialized paint treatments, and reflective surfaces that add visual depth and texture. The project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design, exemplifies sustainable design practices through its preservation of existing structural elements and materials, while introducing modern amenities and storage solutions that exceed client expectations. The design's success lies in its ability to balance aesthetic sophistication with practical functionality, creating an environment that promotes both social interaction and personal comfort.
