Truefull Sea Of Trees Residence
Truefull Sea of Trees Residence is an innovative residential architectural project completed in February 2021 in Hsinchu, Taiwan, that masterfully integrates urban living with natural landscape elements. The development, spanning 3,490.57 square meters with a total floor area of 20,374.41 square meters, represents a sophisticated approach to contemporary living spaces that blur the boundaries between built environment and nature. The design philosophy centers on creating a harmonious dialogue between urban lifestyle and natural surroundings, featuring an open layout that dissolves traditional spatial constraints and allows for flexible functionality. The project's distinctive characteristics include a 100-meter corridor axis that establishes a strong sense of ceremonial progression, while the thoughtful integration of diverse materials - including leather, stone, lacquer, and metal - creates a luxurious yet understated aesthetic. The development incorporates comprehensive amenities catering to various age groups, including playgrounds, fitness facilities, karaoke rooms, chess rooms, reading centers, yoga spaces, and sophisticated areas for tea and wine tasting. The project's environmental consciousness is evident in its response to the neighboring street corner park and Shixing Road stream, creating a community-oriented space that promotes social interaction while maintaining private sanctuaries for residents. The design, which earned recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2022, exemplifies excellence in spatial planning, material selection, and sustainable design practices. The project's success lies in its ability to create an environment where the construction of woods echoes the agricultural area, extending the corner park and integrating local flora and fauna to create what appears as a metaphorical sea of trees.
