Treasure Residential

Treasure Residential

Treasure Residential is an award-winning interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of boutique hotel aesthetics with residential living spaces, completed in 2017 in Taoyuan City, Taiwan. The distinguished design, conceived by Peter Cheng and Sam Tsai, masterfully incorporates natural materials to create a sophisticated atmosphere that balances luxury with comfort. The project's most striking feature is its innovative use of textural elements, particularly evident in the television wall's implementation of chisel stone, which creates a compelling three-dimensional effect and serves as a focal point within the space. The design spans an impressive 150 meters in width, 180 meters in depth, and 280 meters in height, utilizing a carefully curated selection of premium materials including marble flooring, wood veneer, metal accents, cultured stone, and strategic mirror placement. The living room's stone wall serves as a dramatic architectural element, complemented by the interplay between the marble flooring and wood-textured ceiling. This thoughtful material combination creates a natural, yet refined atmosphere that epitomizes contemporary luxury living. The integration of deep-colored mirrors throughout the space not only adds a modern fashion-forward element but also creates an enhanced sense of depth and spatial harmony. The project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2019, demonstrates exceptional expertise in material selection, spatial planning, and aesthetic refinement, setting a new standard for residential interior design that bridges the gap between hospitality and home living.
