Tomorrow Lab Event Organisers Space is an innovative event design concept implemented at a major Asian fashion event, exemplifying the convergence of futuristic industrial aesthetics with contemporary fashion exhibition spaces. This sophisticated spatial design project, which earned the Silver A' Design Award in the Event and Happening Design category, transformed a 7,000-square-meter exhibition area into an immersive laboratory-themed environment. The design concept strategically divided the space into three distinct communal areas, beginning with an engaging entry concourse that featured wall installations and a large LED screen, followed by a central display area incorporating automated robotic arms and conveyor belt showcases, and culminating in a carefully crafted catwalk arena. The industrial-laboratory aesthetic was achieved through a thoughtful combination of materials including plywood backdrops with digital printing, colored polycarbonate sheets, and metal hollow sections, all designed for efficient assembly within a challenging three-day installation window. The project's innovative approach to sustainable design incorporated biodegradable carpets and recyclable structural elements, while the integration of pre-controlled robotic arms and sophisticated audio-visual equipment created a dynamic, future-forward atmosphere. This award-winning design successfully addressed the complex challenge of creating an environment that could accommodate over 220 fashion brands while maintaining a cohesive thematic experience that sparked visitors' imagination and reinforced the event's position as a platform for discovering emerging Asian fashion talent.
