Time Berlin Real estate sale club is an innovative architectural and interior design project completed in Guangzhou, China in 2016, representing a sophisticated approach to real estate sales environments through its distinctive spatial design philosophy. The 2,200-square-meter facility exemplifies a groundbreaking conceptual framework inspired by Italo Calvino's Invisible City, exploring the intersection between fictional urban landscapes and experiential retail spaces. The design's primary innovation lies in its strategic use of architectural elements to create an alienating yet engaging spatial experience, featuring a large flat floor complemented by an oblique roof that masterfully manipulates light distribution. This intentional architectural intervention effectively minimizes visitors' perception of height and rigid spatial constraints, creating a more intimate and approachable atmosphere.
