Tianyu Wan Residence

Tianyu Wan Residence

Tianyu Wan Residence is a meticulously crafted interior design project located in Wuxi, China, exemplifying a harmonious blend of contemporary living spaces with natural elements. This 190-square-meter residential interior, completed in February 2023, represents a sophisticated approach to modern living through its innovative spatial organization and thoughtful design philosophy. The residence's distinctive feature lies in its immediate entry into the heart of the home, eschewing traditional wind lobbies in favor of direct access to the communal gathering space centered around a prominent dining table. The design, which earned the Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, masterfully incorporates principles of Feng Shui by emphasizing the integration of natural elements such as sunlight, air, and water throughout the space. The interior encompasses various functional zones including living areas, bedrooms, a fitness area, study, video room, and entertainment spaces, all carefully arranged to maintain a sense of openness and flow. The renovation process involved significant structural modifications, including the removal of dividing walls to create more expansive, unified spaces. The project's success lies in its ability to maximize the apartment's natural advantages, such as wooded landscapes and optimal ventilation, while creating a versatile living environment that seamlessly transitions from social to private spaces, demonstrating exceptional expertise in spatial planning and interior architecture.
