Tianjin Vanke Jade Avenue Sales Center
Tianjin Vanke Jade Avenue Sales Center is an architecturally distinctive sales facility located in the Qingxi district of Tianjin, China, exemplifying a harmonious blend of contemporary design and historical architectural elements. The structure features a sophisticated design characterized by two entrances and three distinct layers of arches that vary in depth, height, and width, complemented by an innovative lighting scheme that maximizes the building's visual impact through reflection on the surrounding waterscape. The center's architectural composition ingeniously combines modern glass curtain walls with aluminum panels shaped into arches, paying homage to the early twentieth-century architectural heritage of Tianjin's historic Five Avenue district. The building's distinctive skylight bisects the structure into two wings, culminating in glass curtain wall entrances on the Southwest and Northeast facades. The lighting design, which earned the Platinum A' Design Award in the Lighting Products and Fixtures Design category, employs a sophisticated system of LED illumination across three separate layers, each corresponding to the distinct arch configurations. The interior lighting strategy is meticulously calibrated to serve different functional zones, utilizing high-quality LED fixtures with color rendering index above 90 and carefully selected beam angles. The facade lighting system includes various specialized fixtures ranging from 11W to 18W, while interior illumination employs fixtures from 10W to 35.5W, all maintaining a consistent color temperature of 3000K. This thoughtful integration of architecture and illumination creates a welcoming atmosphere that seamlessly connects the sales center to its potential residential context, demonstrating exceptional innovation in lighting design and architectural integration.
