The Six - Interior Residential House
The six - interior Residential House is an exemplary residential architectural project located in Bnaider, Kuwait, comprising six identical detached houses that showcase contemporary interior design excellence. Conceived and executed by architect Fahad Alhumaidi in collaboration with interior designer Noura Alshammari, this sophisticated development was initiated in February 2009 and completed its first phase in November 2010. Each residence encompasses 700 square meters of thoughtfully designed living space, demonstrating a harmonious blend of modern aesthetics and functional practicality. The project's implementation was strategically planned in three phases, with the initial phase delivering two completed homes in 2010. The architectural layout of each house features a well-organized two-story floor plan, with the ground floor accommodating a living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, and bathroom, while the upper level houses two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a dressing room. A distinguishing characteristic of these residences is their custom-designed lighting elements, which contribute to the overall contemporary ambiance. The project's design excellence was recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2015, acknowledging its innovative use of space, superior material selection, and exceptional functional layout. The development represents a significant achievement in residential architecture, successfully integrating modern design principles with practical living requirements while maintaining aesthetic sophistication and attention to detail.
