The Bridge House Private Residential is an innovative architectural masterpiece designed by Soheil Afshar Mohammadian, exemplifying a harmonious fusion between modern construction technologies and local architectural traditions. The project, spanning 342.42 square meters on a 1630-square-meter site, features a distinctive bridge-like structure that seemingly hovers above the landscape, minimizing ground interference while maximizing environmental integration. The design draws inspiration from traditional local architecture, particularly the linear terraces known as Gholamgardesh, while incorporating contemporary sustainable solutions to address regional challenges such as high humidity. The structure employs an innovative combination of materials, including goat fibers, micro-silica, and repurposed industrial materials, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability and resourcefulness. The building's sophisticated design includes operable sliding panels with louvers for climate control and privacy management, while its grid-like network of interconnected bridges creates a fluid spatial experience that blurs the boundaries between interior and exterior spaces.
