The Arts House Residential Space
The Arts House Residential Space is an exemplary residential interior design project completed in 2018, encompassing 375 square meters of thoughtfully curated living space that masterfully balances functionality with aesthetic refinement. This sophisticated residential design demonstrates a profound understanding of modern living requirements, incorporating multiple dimensions such as family dynamics, psychological needs, and lifestyle patterns into its conceptual framework. The design's primary aesthetic approach employs earth tones as its foundational palette, skillfully complemented by varying degrees of color saturation to create natural depth and visual hierarchy throughout the space. The three-story villa's interior architecture features notable design elements including the strategic division of entrance, dining, and living areas through existing partition walls, while the basement presents an open, multi-layered structure that accommodates diverse functional requirements. The living room's design is particularly noteworthy for its innovative treatment of end walls, where metal, stone, and wood veneers intersect in a deconstructivist approach that challenges conventional spatial arrangements. The integration of an outdoor garden serves as a vital complement to the interior spaces, establishing a seamless connection with nature and providing year-round scenic views. The project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, exemplifies excellence in residential design through its meticulous attention to material selection, environmental considerations, and spatial organization, while successfully creating an environment that reflects the residents' artistic sensibilities and lifestyle preferences.
