Territory Office

Territory Office

Territory Office is an award-winning interior design project completed in March 2017, located in Taichung City, Taiwan, encompassing 495 square meters of thoughtfully curated workspace. This sophisticated office environment, designed by Tzu-Chiao Lin, masterfully balances majestic presence with comfortable functionality, serving as the headquarters for a consignment company owned by an architect. The space is distinguished by its strategic central city location and panoramic views, featuring a signature wall map that symbolizes professional ambition and global reach. The design philosophy integrates both energetic and cultivated atmospheres through careful material selection, including the extensive use of wood and clear glass elements that foster a cordial environment. A notable reception counter and entrance wall showcase aesthetic ink patterns, effectively merging oriental artistic elements with contemporary enterprise aesthetics. The office layout incorporates innovative spatial planning with rolled glass artworks and abundant natural light, creating an expansive yet contained atmosphere. A distinctive feature is the thoughtfully designed lounge area, which serves to strengthen collegial relationships and promote workplace harmony. The project, recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2018, exemplifies excellence in professional workspace design through its harmonious blend of functionality, aesthetics, and cultural sensitivity.
