This Bronze A' Design Award-winning architectural masterpiece, designed by Rodrigo Kirck Rebelo and team, stands 87 meters tall with 25 floors encompassing 59 residential units across 11,179.04 square meters of built area. The design philosophy draws inspiration from traditional beach houses, reimagining their characteristic balconies and terraces in a modern context while establishing a strong visual connection between the ground level and the upper collective terrace.
