Ta'or Box Premium Wooden Drawer
Ta'or box Premium wooden drawer is an innovative, high-precision wooden drawer system that represents a significant advancement in furniture design and manufacturing technology. Developed in Belgium and launched in 2015, this premium drawer system combines sophisticated aesthetics with exceptional functionality, featuring straight lines, sharp edges, and an ultra-slim 13mm profile achieved through precise manufacturing processes accurate to within 1/100mm. The system offers remarkable versatility with three different types of real veneer finishes, multiple color options including black, grey, and white, and customizable dimensions ranging from 250mm to 1,200mm in width and 250mm to 750mm in nominal length. A revolutionary aspect of this design is its tool-free assembly system, which allows for complete installation in just 60 seconds, utilizing patented connection methods that eliminate the need for traditional joints while maintaining structural integrity. The drawer system, which earned a Golden A' Design Award in the Design Quality and Innovation category, exemplifies the harmonious integration of industrial efficiency with artisanal quality, addressing the longstanding challenge of creating mass-produced wooden drawers that match or exceed the quality of handcrafted alternatives. The design's innovative flat-pack shipping solution, developed in collaboration with Swedish expertise, demonstrates a commitment to environmental responsibility while maintaining premium quality standards. The system's compatibility with established runner systems ensures smooth operation and reliability, while its rapid 72-hour custom manufacturing capability represents a significant advancement in production efficiency for premium wooden drawer systems.
