Taichung One Palace Residence Show Flat

Taichung One Palace Residence Show Flat

Taichung One Palace Residence Show Flat is a meticulously crafted luxury residential interior design project located in an upscale district of Taichung, Taiwan, completed in September 2020. Designed by Chen-Han Yang, this 340-square-meter space exemplifies a sophisticated balance between traditional and contemporary design elements, earning recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category. The design philosophy centers on the concept of continuous living spaces while maintaining functional distinctions, achieved through innovative spatial flow and careful material selection. The interior architecture incorporates contrasting elements such as transparent and solid surfaces, curved and straight lines, creating a dynamic visual dialogue throughout the space. Premium materials including marble, wood veneer, brushed metal, and refined wall coverings contribute to the project's luxurious aesthetic. The public areas are thoughtfully divided into three distinct yet visually connected zones for living, dining, and study purposes, demonstrating masterful space planning. The integration of traditional Chinese Feng Shui principles is evident in the strategic use of gold accents and water elements, which symbolize prosperity while maintaining a contemporary design language. The project showcases exceptional attention to detail in its spatial proportions, with each measurement carefully considered to optimize the living experience and visual impact, resulting in a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetic refinement that caters to discerning high-end clientele.
