Manufacturing processes encompass injection molding for plastic components, aluminum die casting for structural elements, high-temperature foaming for armrest surfaces, and specialized textile fabrication involving three-dimensional weaving, high-temperature fusion, and low-temperature shaping techniques that result in breathable fabric with continuous large-area point mesh distribution. Measuring 1135 millimeters in length, 725 millimeters in width, and 735 millimeters in height, T6 Intelligent Chair features a detachable lumbar support system with curved surfaces offering infinite vertical angle adjustments and automatic horizontal angle calibration, ensuring stable and anatomically appropriate lumbar support across diverse user body types and sitting preferences. The seat cushion and backrest employ a four-rod linkage mechanism enabling a 140-degree rearward tilt angle complemented by an integrated footrest elevation function, collectively providing comprehensive whole-body support during extended use periods.
