Sustenta Bathroom Toilet

Sustenta Bathroom Toilet

Sustenta Bathroom Toilet is an innovative eco-conscious sanitary fixture that represents a significant advancement in sustainable bathroom design, setting new standards for water conservation in residential and institutional settings. Designed by Manuel Alonso Martinez Rivera and developed with a team of engineers and quality control specialists, this two-piece toilet achieves remarkable water efficiency by utilizing only 2.5 liters (0.66 gallons) per flush, marking a substantial 60% reduction compared to conventional ecological toilets that typically use between 3.5 to 4.8 liters. The design incorporates sophisticated fluid dynamics principles to create an enhanced vortex flushing system that maintains optimal cleaning performance despite the reduced water usage, successfully meeting ASME A112.19.2-2018/CSA B45.1-18 standards for waste extraction and drain line performance. Crafted from high-quality vitreous China ceramicware, the toilet features sleek, contemporary aesthetics with well-defined surfaces and long-lasting brightness, while its thoughtfully engineered form minimizes production waste through efficient molding and casting processes. The design's versatility is demonstrated through its ability to function effectively across a wide range of water pressures (0.2 to 6 bar), making it suitable for various installation environments. In residential applications, this innovative fixture can potentially save up to 32,000 liters of water annually based on average household usage patterns. The product, which received the Silver A' Design Award in the Sustainable Products, Projects and Green Design category, exemplifies the harmonious integration of environmental responsibility with practical functionality, offering a viable solution for daily water conservation without compromising performance or aesthetic appeal.
