Superior 1051 D1062 Carpet Tile

Superior 1051 D1062 Carpet Tile is an innovative flooring solution that exemplifies advanced textile engineering and sustainable design principles, recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in the Textile, Fabric, Textures, Patterns and Cloth Design category. This sophisticated carpet tile, measuring 500 x 500 x 9 mm, features solution-dyed fibres crafted into tuft-patterned loops, demonstrating exceptional resilience against stubborn stains while maintaining resistance to intensive cleaning and bleaching agents. The product's environmental consciousness is evident in its construction using highest-durability ECONYL® fibres, composed of 100% recycled materials, including repurposed fishing nets. A significant technological advancement in acoustic performance is achieved through its dimensionally stable, bitumen- and PVC-free construction, which delivers enhanced sound absorption properties. The design, introduced in 2019, represents a contemporary interpretation of classic patterns while maintaining superior functionality for commercial applications. The robust solution-dyed yarn exhibits remarkable light fastness and can be manufactured in single batches for extensive commercial installations, ensuring consistency across large spaces. This carpet tile's innovative approach to combining aesthetic appeal with practical durability earned it recognition at the A' Design Award competition, where it was celebrated for its contribution to sustainable textile design and acoustic performance enhancement in commercial environments.
