Sunshine Warm Green House Interior Design
Sunshine Warm Green House Interior Design is an award-winning residential interior design project completed in January 2017 in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan, encompassing 269 square meters of living space that masterfully integrates natural elements with contemporary design principles. Located at the upper reaches of the Love River, a cultural landmark considered the soul of Kaohsiung City, this innovative design transforms potential architectural constraints into aesthetic advantages through thoughtful spatial planning and creative solutions. The project's distinguishing feature is its ingenious treatment of ceiling beams and natural sunset light, which are incorporated as integral design elements rather than being concealed. The living room showcases a sophisticated ceiling lamp installation that serves both functional and aesthetic purposes, cleverly masking structural elements while creating a stunning focal point. The design employs premium materials, including the distinctive Côte d'Azur stone wall, which doubles as a concealed storage solution, exemplifying the project's commitment to combining beauty with functionality. The interior space harmoniously captures the essence of its surroundings, incorporating views of mountains, rivers, and natural light to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. This design, created by Yi-Chi Chen, received recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2018, acknowledging its excellence in spatial innovation, material selection, and functional layout design. The project demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in its integration of cultural elements, practical storage solutions, and natural light manipulation, creating a sophisticated living environment that celebrates its geographical context while meeting contemporary lifestyle needs.
