Sunshine Rhythm Shared Space
Sunshine Rhythm Shared Space is an innovative interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of heritage and contemporary design principles, realized within a 595-square-meter multipurpose facility. The space, completed in 2022 in Taiwan, features a sophisticated architectural composition characterized by symmetrical arcs, golden frames, and perforated walls that create an interplay of warm illumination throughout the interior. The design's distinctive features include a 4.2-meter ceiling height that enhances spatial grandeur, complemented by an artful integration of copper metal trim, marble, and wood veneer materials. The layout encompasses multiple functional zones including a reception area, guest spaces, children's play area, gymnasium, reading section, cooking classroom, and café, all interconnected through thoughtfully designed circulation paths. The project's aesthetic philosophy draws inspiration from natural elements, incorporating beehive-like structures in the children's area and utilizing a refined palette of neutral tones accented by bold metallic elements. The design successfully addresses complex spatial challenges through innovative solutions such as transparent partitions and strategic zoning, creating a balanced environment despite the asymmetrical L-shaped floor plan. This exceptional shared space, recognized with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates remarkable achievement in combining functional efficiency with aesthetic sophistication, particularly noteworthy for its implementation during challenging circumstances that required careful material sourcing and construction management.
