Sunny Villa Residence

Sunny Villa Residence

Sunny Villa Residence is an exemplary residential interior design project that masterfully combines modern aesthetics with functional living spaces, encompassing 2200 square feet of thoughtfully crafted living area on the sixth floor of a building. The design philosophy centers on creating a harmonious balance between warmth and contemporary sophistication, achieved through the strategic use of dark tones, geometric patterns, and innovative spatial planning. The residence, which earned recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, features an open-plan layout that seamlessly connects the living and dining areas while maintaining distinct private spaces through cleverly concealed doors. The interior's distinctive character is defined by its sophisticated use of straight lines throughout all areas, serving both as visual guides and as classic interpretations of geometric art. The material palette incorporates wood grain, tiles, moru glass, iron components, and eco-friendly latex paint, with a color scheme that transitions from beige in public areas to more intimate tones in private spaces. Notable design elements include a statement TV wall, harmonious marble textures, and a sophisticated ceiling treatment that effectively conceals mechanical systems while enhancing spatial perception. The project demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in its execution of large color blocks and three-dimensional space junctions, particularly in the public areas where light, medium, and dark tones are carefully balanced to create visual depth. The kitchen design incorporates dual counters and an island configuration to maximize functionality, while the living room features a thoughtfully positioned window-side couch that enhances the overall comfort and livability of the space.
