Sunny House Model Room

Sunny House Model Room

Sunny House Model Room is an exemplary interior design project spanning 380 square meters that masterfully integrates Chinese cultural elements with contemporary urban aesthetics, created to showcase residential possibilities for China's emerging elite class. The design philosophy centers on expressing spiritual nature through spatial arrangement, demonstrating a sophisticated understanding of modern lifestyle requirements while honoring oriental cultural heritage. The interior space employs a carefully curated color palette dominated by light tones, incorporating bronze metallic accents and walnut elements that reflect traditional Chinese aesthetics. The design's material composition features low-saturation warm gray marble contrasting with beige and gray wall coverings, complemented by dark walnut wall treatments. Despite the structural limitations imposed by concrete walls, the design successfully creates an atmosphere of spaciousness and refinement, addressing both the practical and aspirational needs of its target demographic. The project, completed in 2019, represents a significant achievement in model unit design, earning recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category. This prestigious accolade acknowledges the project's excellence in spatial optimization, material selection, and cultural integration. The design's success lies in its ability to transcend mere spatial arrangement, instead creating a comprehensive lifestyle statement that resonates with internationally-minded professionals who maintain a deep appreciation for Chinese cultural heritage while embracing modern luxury.
