Sunac Shanxiao Real Estate Sales Center is an innovative architectural and interior design project completed in 2019, situated at the historic Nanshan Scenic Spot in Chongqing, China, encompassing 800 square meters of thoughtfully crafted space across two floors. This sophisticated real estate presentation center, designed by Qingtao Ji and team, masterfully integrates deconstructivist principles with modernist design elements, featuring a transparent glass box structure that harmoniously connects with its surrounding natural landscape. The design philosophy draws inspiration from Peter Eisenman's architectural vocabulary, employing geometric forms and linear elements to create a dynamic interplay between built environment and nature. The interior space showcases a remarkable two-story polygonal metal frame installation with thousands of translucent metal wires, creating an ever-changing artistic atmosphere that mediates between natural beauty and human perception. The project's color palette primarily consists of yellow, black, and white, establishing an elegant and atmospheric brand presence. The center's strategic spatial planning incorporates reception areas, tea rooms, and negotiation spaces positioned near full-height windows, maximizing views of the mountainous landscape and creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The design successfully addresses the challenge of reflecting both the location's rich 4000-year cultural heritage and its contemporary function as a high-end sales center. This exceptional project, recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates outstanding achievement in combining cultural symbolism with modern architectural expression, particularly appealing to its target audience of educated social elites.
