Structo Lamp

Structo Lamp

Structo Lamp is an innovative lighting fixture that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of contemporary design principles and advanced LED technology. Conceived by designers Naty Moskovich and Iddo Zimmermann, this sophisticated illumination solution draws inspiration from the temporary scaffolding structures prevalent in urban landscapes, particularly those observed in Hong Kong. The lamp's distinctive design incorporates state-of-the-art light guide optical technology adapted from the image scanner industry, delivering uniform light distribution while eliminating hot spots and multiple shadows. Constructed from premium beech wood and aluminum materials, the lamp showcases exceptional versatility through its 360-degree rotation capability and dual illumination functionality, directing 90% of LED-emitted light downward for task lighting while utilizing the remaining 10% for ambient upward illumination. Standing at 60 centimeters in height with a width of 60 centimeters and depth of 35 centimeters, the Structo Lamp features modern control mechanisms including a capacitive touch switch and Bluetooth wireless dimming capabilities managed through a dedicated mobile application. The design's environmental consciousness is evident in its flat-pack design and low footprint approach, while its technical sophistication earned it the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in the Lighting Products and Fixtures Design category, recognizing its contribution to advancing lighting design standards through its innovative approach to both form and function.
