Star Pedicle Interior Design
Star Pedicle Interior Design is an innovative residential interior design concept that exemplifies the harmonious integration of nature-inspired elements within modern living spaces. Created by Chinese designer Guihua Ming in 2022, this sophisticated design solution encompasses a 200-300 square meter living space that masterfully balances ecological consciousness with contemporary comfort. The design's foundational philosophy centers on creating an environment that simulates the experience of dwelling within a natural forest setting, achieved through a thoughtful combination of colors, materials, and lighting effects. The project employs a refined palette featuring cream tones reminiscent of natural sunlight, complemented by aqua cabinet boards and coffee-colored doors that symbolically represent forest foliage. A notable technical achievement of the design is its implementation of advanced environmental materials, including purify formaldehyde antibacterial plates that maintain formaldehyde emissions below 0.025mg per cubic meter, and antibacterial wood particle boards that effectively inhibit 99 percent of bacteria. The design incorporates sophisticated finishing techniques, such as PET technology and electrostatic powder spraying with a 3-primer and 2-topcoat system, resulting in surfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly durable. The integration of glass elements, metallic finishes, and strategically placed hidden light strips creates a dynamic interplay of light that simulates dappled forest sunshine, while the innovative storage solutions and ergonomic traffic flow patterns enhance the space's functionality. This design, which earned the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, represents a significant advancement in sustainable residential interior design, successfully merging ecological consciousness with modern luxury living requirements.
