Staff House Accommodation
Staff House Accommodation is an innovative interior design project that exemplifies modern residential space planning for corporate staff housing, distinguished by its minimalist aesthetic and thoughtful spatial organization. This architectural and interior design achievement demonstrates a sophisticated approach to creating comfortable living environments for employees, featuring vertical design solutions to overcome structural limitations and optimize space utilization within approximately 10,000 square meters. The design philosophy emphasizes the creation of a relaxed, comfortable living space through the strategic use of white and gray-black tones, complemented by precise streamlined elements and curved designs that introduce fluidity to angular spaces. The project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, incorporates creative lighting solutions and open-plan layouts to maximize spatial flexibility and create a modern, cozy atmosphere. Notable design elements include a striking white-dominated reception hall featuring a distinctive red reception desk, restaurant areas with maritime-inspired blue and yellow accents, and carefully selected materials that prioritize simplicity, practicality, and environmental consciousness. The design addresses contemporary urban living challenges by providing a thoughtfully crafted environment that helps alleviate the pressures of modern professional life, while maintaining a balance between minimalist aesthetics and emotional resonance through artistic decorative elements and innovative spatial planning.
