Space Edge Pent House Interior Design

Space Edge Pent House Interior Design

Space Edge Pent house Interior Design is an innovative residential interior design project that exemplifies the fusion of aerodynamic aesthetics with functional living spaces, created by renowned designer Sanjay Newaskar. This sophisticated penthouse design, spanning the 14th and 15th floors, masterfully incorporates flowing forms and angular elements throughout its architectural composition, creating a distinctive living environment that harmoniously connects with its elevated urban setting. The design's conceptual framework draws inspiration from aerospace dynamics, featuring fluid and sleek forms that enhance spatial perception while maintaining a strong connection to the surrounding cityscape and hill views. The interior scheme employs a refined material palette including Italian Botticino marble, aluminum battens, and American walnut veneer, complemented by a sophisticated color strategy of whites and greys accented with vibrant hues. The spatial organization demonstrates exceptional planning, with the lower floor housing communal spaces including formal and informal living areas, dining, and kitchen facilities, while the upper level accommodates private spaces such as bedrooms and a television room. Notable design elements include full-height glass installations in the staircase area, custom-designed furniture with aerodynamic forms, and innovative use of aerospace-printed panels in place of traditional window treatments. This award-winning project, recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, showcases a successful response to the unique requirements of medical professionals, creating a rejuvenating residential environment that seamlessly blends futuristic design elements with practical functionality.
