SoTai 3c Residential

SoTai 3c Residential

SoTai 3c Residential is an exemplary interior design project that masterfully blends neoclassical architecture with contemporary artistic elements, created for a family of four in Taiwan. This 152.7-square-meter residential space, completed in March 2020, demonstrates a sophisticated integration of art, music, and family living through its thoughtful spatial composition and aesthetic choices. The design, which earned a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, showcases a harmonious fusion of warm white tones and creamy gray hues, embodying Danish design principles while maintaining neoclassical elegance. The space features a striking amethyst white jade marble wall in the living room, complementing a pure white piano that serves as both a functional instrument and an artistic focal point. The layout encompasses three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-concept living area that seamlessly connects to a kitchen with a center island, facilitating social interaction while maintaining functionality. Notable design elements include organic sculptural lines, custom storage solutions, and a cleverly conceived hidden door system that delineates public and private spaces. The guest bathroom draws inspiration from luxury fragrance design, incorporating black and white interlocking lines and stylized panels that elevate everyday products to artistic elements. The project's success lies in its meticulous attention to detail, from the custom-designed dressing room that addresses specific storage needs to the thoughtful integration of various branded furniture pieces unified through careful fabric selection and coordination, all contributing to a cohesive living environment that balances aesthetic sophistication with practical family living.
