Software Related To Handheld Digital Electronic Devices

Handheld digital electronic devices have become ubiquitous in modern society, with smartphones and tablets being some of the most popular examples. Software designed for these devices is known as mobile software, or simply mobile apps. Mobile software is specifically designed to run on handheld devices, taking into account the limited screen size and processing power of these devices. Mobile software can be divided into two main categories: native apps and web apps. Native apps are designed to run on a specific operating system, such as iOS or Android. These apps are downloaded and installed directly onto the device, and can access the device's hardware and software features, such as the camera or GPS. Web apps, on the other hand, are accessed through a web browser and do not need to be downloaded or installed. They are designed to be platform-independent, meaning they can run on any device with a web browser. Mobile software can be used for a wide range of purposes, from entertainment and social media to productivity and business. Some popular examples of mobile software include social media apps like Facebook and Instagram, messaging apps like WhatsApp and Messenger, and productivity apps like Evernote and Google Drive.
