Socl Industrial Cleaning Robots
Socl Industrial Cleaning Robots is an innovative automated cleaning solution designed specifically for industrial environments, representing a significant advancement in the field of autonomous maintenance systems. This sophisticated robotic system seamlessly integrates service robot intelligence with industrial robot efficiency, featuring advanced SLAM navigation technology and an iMRS mobile robot control system. The design, created by Guangpeng Yue and team, incorporates futuristic aesthetic elements through its robust construction, distinctive color scheme, and sci-fi-inspired lighting elements while maintaining strict functional requirements. With dimensions of 936mm width, 840mm depth, and 1035mm height, the robot weighs 280kg and offers a cleaning width of 750mm, supported by an 80L clear water tank and 70L solution tank capacity. The system employs multiple safety features including laser vision, ultrasonic sensors, and anti-fall protection, maintaining a 20cm edge distance during operation. Its innovative design allows for seamless integration with existing factory infrastructure, including elevators and automatic doors, making it particularly valuable in IC equipment facilities, new energy battery manufacturing plants, and intelligent dark factories. The robot can autonomously generate panoramic maps of factory layouts, determine optimal cleaning routes, and execute complex cleaning tasks without human intervention, while its modular design approach enables customization based on specific industrial requirements. This groundbreaking design earned recognition with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Robotics, Automaton and Automation Design category, highlighting its contribution to advancing industrial cleaning automation.
