SINO TOP OFFICE Office

SINO TOP OFFICE Office

SINO TOP OFFICE Office is an innovative interior design project completed in Nanjing, China, that exemplifies the seamless integration of corporate identity with functional workspace design. The 200-square-meter office space, distributed across two floors, demonstrates a sophisticated approach to spatial organization and brand representation through its thoughtful incorporation of corporate colors and design elements. The design concept draws inspiration from the enterprise's visual identity, particularly focusing on the strategic implementation of green and black color schemes throughout the space. The ground floor encompasses a reception area featuring a striking all-black desk, a conference room, director's office, open workspace, and utility areas, while the second floor accommodates a bar area, conference facilities, manager's office, leisure space, storage, and amenities. The project's distinctive design language manifests through the clever interplay of materials, including glass, latex paint, and carefully selected flooring solutions, creating a harmonious environment that balances professional functionality with aesthetic appeal. The design successfully addresses the challenge of maximizing limited space while maintaining optimal workflow and corporate image consistency. Notably recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2017, this project showcases exceptional space utilization and innovative design solutions. The integration of black structural elements with jade glass features and green accent walls creates a dynamic visual rhythm throughout the space, while maintaining professional sophistication and environmental comfort. The design's attention to detail extends to every aspect, from the tetris-like door configurations to the strategic placement of corporate colors, resulting in a workspace that effectively supports both operational efficiency and employee well-being.
