Shenzhen Prince Plaza Exhibition Center

Shenzhen Prince Plaza Exhibition Center

Shenzhen Prince Plaza Exhibition Center is an innovative architectural and interior design achievement located on the 25th floor of a premier office building, encompassing approximately 16,000 square feet of exhibition space that masterfully integrates contemporary design principles with artistic elements. The center, which garnered recognition with a Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, exemplifies a harmonious fusion of form and function through its sophisticated use of materials including Palissandro blue marble, acrylic, and glass. The design philosophy draws inspiration from artistic influences, particularly the spatial relationships explored in Richard Sierra's work, while conveying the plaza's identity as an urban aesthetics platform through five distinct perspectives: city, space, buildings, people, and art. The exhibition center's design breaks away from conventional office patterns, featuring a minimalist and modern approach that prioritizes openness and fluidity. Its distinctive glass wall installation creates a dynamic interplay between interior spaces and city views, while three carefully positioned viewing platforms organically connect the urban landscape with natural elements. The space demonstrates exceptional attention to material selection and execution, with precision-cut aluminum plates and polished glass surfaces contributing to its futuristic aesthetic. Completed between February 2017 and September 2019, the center incorporates innovative lighting effects, multimedia exhibition capabilities, and thoughtfully designed workspaces that promote staff interaction while maintaining a balance between professional functionality and interpersonal dynamics in a modern office environment.
