Shanhai Pithy C2 Model Room Show Flat
Shanhai Pithy C2 Model Room Show Flat is a sophisticated interior design project that exemplifies contemporary Chinese luxury residential architecture, completed in 2018 in Kunming, China. This four-storey villa model, spanning 615 square meters, masterfully integrates modernist principles with traditional Chinese cultural elements, creating a harmonious living environment that bridges Eastern and Western design sensibilities. The project's design philosophy draws inspiration from the natural landscapes of mountains and waters, incorporating local folk culture elements while maintaining a refined modernist aesthetic. The interior space features a thoughtfully curated color palette dominated by gray and white tones, enhanced by the extensive use of premium materials including wood veneers, bubble glass, and ink marble. The designers employed an innovative approach to spatial organization, utilizing vague boundaries to create fluid transitions between functional areas, resulting in a rich and adaptable spatial hierarchy. The large-scale application of indoor wall stone ensures spatial brightness while elevating the interior's visual appeal. This Silver A' Design Award-winning project demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in its execution, particularly evident in the sophisticated integration of linear elements with modern styling, and the careful balance of functional requirements with aesthetic considerations. The design successfully addresses the complex challenges of creating a show flat that not only showcases commercial value but also embodies cultural sophistication and modern comfort, making it a significant contribution to contemporary residential interior design.
