The building's architectural composition is characterized by a striking vertical monolith marked by pronounced vertical and horizontal lines, where the thoughtful integration of exposed concrete slabs and wooden brises-soleil creates a dynamic facade that suggests movement while maintaining architectural serenity. Each floor houses a single luxurious apartment spanning 200 square meters, featuring three suites and an expansive social area exceeding 70 square meters that encompasses an entrance hall, living room, gourmet space, and balcony. The structure, which occupies a 720-square-meter site with a gross area of 4,940 square meters, demonstrates exceptional attention to material authenticity through its use of ceramic tiles, exposed concrete, and wooden elements. The building's distinctive entrance is marked by a prominent wooden volume that extends toward the street, creating a welcoming threshold for residents. Environmental consciousness is integral to the design, incorporating energy-efficient systems, water conservation measures, thermoacoustic comfort solutions, waste management systems, photovoltaic panels, and electric vehicle charging facilities.
