Sandscrawler Office is an innovative architectural masterpiece that serves as a regional headquarters for an entertainment-related enterprise in Singapore, completed in 2013. This remarkable structure distinguishes itself through its dramatic floating design, elevating up to 13 meters above ground level, creating a striking visual impact while incorporating functional elements such as a landscaped courtyard and a 100-person theatre. The building's exterior features a sophisticated metallic glass skin that provides privacy on exposed facades while presenting an aerodynamic aesthetic appearance, complemented by low-iron clear glass in office areas facing the courtyard, establishing a dynamic interplay between privacy and transparency. Designed by Andrew Bromberg, the project exemplifies a harmonious balance between civic presence and commercial functionality, adhering to strict master planning guidelines while creating a distinctive architectural statement.
