Salon de TE Introductory for Watch Fair is an innovative exhibition space design concept that transformed a 1,900-square-meter area into an immersive luxury journey experience, specifically created as a gateway to showcase international watch brands. The design, which earned a Silver A' Design Award in the Event and Happening Design category, employs a sophisticated Deluxe Train Journey theme that cleverly divides the space into distinct experiential zones. The entrance concourse features a daytime station ambiance, utilizing cool backlit mesh graphics and contemporary lighting techniques, while the main exhibition hall recreates an evening train platform scene with a 6-meter-high backdrop and warmer lighting schemes. The design incorporates life-size train carriage windows that display curated storytelling visuals, creating a multi-sensory experience enhanced by animated seasonal scenery and professional actors portraying train porters. The space culminates in a multifunctional arena complete with a stage and bar area, featuring a suspended 3.5-meter cubed projection screen for branded events. The technical execution of the project demonstrates remarkable efficiency, utilizing prefabricated aluminum systems clad with vinyl, fabric, and mesh materials to accommodate a challenging three-day installation timeline.
