Saddle Collection By U-Fo® For The Aeron Aeron Cushion Set
Saddle Collection by U-Fo® for the Aeron Aeron Cushion Set is an innovative luxury upgrade package designed to enhance ergonomic comfort and aesthetic appeal of office seating. Developed by designer Paolo Roth over a two-year period in the United States, this sophisticated seating system comprises a meticulously molded seat pad and lumbar pillow set, drawing inspiration from mid-century modern design classics. The collection employs groundbreaking manufacturing techniques, including a proprietary leather forming process utilizing industrial heated hydraulic compression machines and custom-milled aluminum tools. The design features a uniquely engineered magnetic lumbar support system that allows for flexible positioning without compromising the integrity of the chair's mesh surface. Distinguished by its clean, flowing visual transitions and premium leather construction available in various styles and colors, the collection demonstrates exceptional attention to ergonomic principles and user comfort. The seat cushion, measuring 47cm x 10cm x 48cm, incorporates an innovative friction-based attachment system that eliminates the need for traditional straps or hardware, while the lumbar support (28cm x 19cm x 4cm) showcases advanced foam production techniques that push the boundaries of conventional manufacturing. This Bronze A' Design Award-winning creation in the Furniture Design category represents a significant achievement in aftermarket seating enhancement, combining sophisticated aesthetics with practical functionality through extensive research and development, including white scanning technology for precise 3D modeling and comprehensive prototype testing.
